I visited after an 11 hour drive to MN and my car was covered with bug spatter. I skeptically opted for the $14 Deluxe wash with the bug remover and the car was spotless afterwards. I’d rather the crew used microfiber cloths cotton towels on a black car but no complaints.

I was excited to buy unlimited washes and since it is 6 blocks from my house I figured it would be really convenient. In 3 months we literally have not been able to get one cart wash because every time we go by the line is out to the street. Are they overselling, poorly designed, mismanaged? Can't tell, never made it in.

Went there this morning and was excited to get a car wash and all was good until I went through the car wash when I was done I went to vacuum then looked at my hood and there were scratches on there from the car wash itself. I went up the the service window and told the manager or employee there and was told that the car wash takes off all dirt then when he looked at it , it was apparent that he knew the car wash had caused the scratches to my hood and lied straight to my face and said that our car wash wouldn’t do that then continued to say that it looks like something was dragged across your hood I told him that those scratches weren’t there before, he said that the scratches weren’t that deep and could be buffed out and me trying to stay positive had gotten in my car and went about my day . I am not satisfied what so ever and was not reimbursed or given any type of insurance even though it was evident that the car wash caused the damage and nothing was done . Will make sure I never go back there and hoping no one else does either

Quality of the wash is great. Reasonably priced. But those are the only good things this car wash is horribly designed and needs way more area to be efficient once you use the vacuums you're completely pinned in by all the people trying to use the car wash! Also the car wash is way too narrow for a truck we drove our F-150 through and every single thing drugged down both side mirrors (even with them folded) and scratched them. Very disappointing experience! We won't be back

Is there a way to ensure vacuums are being used by those paying for car washes? There is always people not getting washes using the vacuums, which creates a huge backlog/ wait. If they could figure out a way to limit vacuums to paying customers, it would be so much better!
